Math Mastery Movement is built on the belief that every student deserves instruction grounded in rigor, identity, and genuine care. If you share that conviction and want to do the most meaningful work of your career—read on.
Whether you are stepping into the classroom as a tutor or stepping into a district as a consultant, the standard is the same: show up fully prepared, deliver with precision, and leave the system stronger than you found it.
You will deliver frequent, small-group tutoring sessions directly to K–12 students—virtually via the Pearl platform. Sessions are tightly aligned to students’ classroom curriculum, and your work is guided by the GENIUS Model™ so students experience one consistent framework, not whiplash between vendors.
You will work directly with teachers, instructional coaches, and school leaders—delivering job-embedded professional development, coaching cycles, and strategic support. You bring deep content expertise and the ability to name and lift the quality of instruction you observe without making teachers feel audited.
We do not lower expectations to make room for people—we raise support to match the expectation. Here is what that looks like in practice.
Every team member is trained in the GENIUS Model™ and MMM’s instructional frameworks before serving a single student or school. You will know exactly what you are delivering and why.
We do not train once and forget. Tutors and consultants receive regular calibration, feedback cycles, and access to the same frameworks we teach to teachers.
MMM is a small, intentional organization. Your contributions matter, your expertise shapes our work, and your growth is part of our growth.
We measure outcomes rigorously—but the reason we measure is because we care about kids, not because we want a number to put in a slide deck. You will feel the difference.
Our frameworks are built on the belief that mathematical and academic identity matter. We expect team members to bring that same affirmation to every student and educator they serve.
With active engagements in Texas, Louisiana, Hawaii, California, Illinois, and beyond, there is room to grow your impact and your career with us.
She works alongside educators with respect and high expectations—strengthening internal capacity rather than creating dependency. Her work is distinguished not only by outcomes, but by her ability to build systems that last.
