We want to understand how you think — about teachers, about students, and about what it means for learning to actually happen. Be specific. Generic answers score low regardless of how well written they are.

Be specific: Which teacher? What were they doing before? What did you do? What changed in what you could see? The strongest responses include a concrete coaching moment, not just general beliefs about good instruction.
